Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

 

UK Shipping

At present, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Delivery times will depend on your chosen shipping method and location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

 

International Orders

If you would like to order from overseas, please contact us directly at info@eqlibrium.co.uk. We will be happy to provide a tailored shipping quote based on your location and order size.

 

Tracking

Where possible, orders are sent with a tracked or signed-for delivery service to ensure your items arrive safely.
