Natasha Gordana-Murray is the Founder, Clinical Director and Lead Consultant of EQLibrium Clinic and EQLibrium Harley Street Academy, internationally recognised for her contributions to advanced regenerative aesthetics. Combining scientific knowledge with innovation and clinical excellence, she has built EQLibrium into one of the UK’s leading destinations for non-surgical facial rejuvenation and regenerative medicine.

As the visionary behind the EQLibrium brand, Natasha has assembled and developed an exceptional multidisciplinary team who share her philosophy of delivering natural, elegant and evidence-led results. Every treatment protocol, clinical pathway and patient journey has been personally designed and overseen by Natasha, ensuring the same uncompromising standards of care and attention to detail across every clinic location.

Best known globally as the “PDO Thread Queen,” Natasha is the creator of the award-winning EQ Lift™, her signature approach to non-surgical facial lifting that has become synonymous with sophisticated, natural-looking rejuvenation. Extensive Medical Background

As an adult nurse since 2000 and NMC registered professional, I bring two decades of healthcare expertise to my practice. My background includes qualifications in personal training with specialisations in exercise referral, weight management for obesity and diabetes, and outdoor fitness.

Advanced Training in Aesthetic Medicine

Currently pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetics Medicine at Harley Academy in London, I’m building on my longstanding interest in aesthetics, dermatology, and anti-ageing treatments. My medical knowledge allows me to provide comprehensive care focused on both wellness and appearance.

With 18 years of experience as a dedicated midwife practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of women’s health, wellness and holistic care. My practice is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to helping women feel confident, empowered, and fully supported at every stage of their journey.

I specialise in advanced intimate wellness treatments, including the O shot, G shot, fillers and the ultra femme 360, offering tailored, non-surgical solutions designed to enhance feminine health, restore confidence, and improve overall quality of life by combining medical knowledge with the latest innovations in regenerative and aesthetic care, I provide treatments that are both effective and thoughtfully delivered. Sophie had a great deal of knowledge in supporting patients to improve their immune systems & find natural balance whilst working closely with her patient’s own doctors.

Sophie also works with employers to provide tailored corporate wellness programs designed to compliment your business culture & requirements. Elena worked as a doctor, gynaecologist and cosmetologist in Russia.

In  2006 Elena graduated from Mordovia State University with a specialist degree in General Medicine.

In 2006-2008 worked as a resident Ophthalmologist before undertaking an internship in Gynaecology, an industry where she remained.

In 2019 she continued further supplementary education in the Aesthetics of Gynaecology and later in the year undertook further qualifications in Cosmetology as well as continued qualifications in aesthetics in both Russia and the UK.

Elena specialises in feminine intimate rejuvenation & cosmetic gynaecology at EQlibrium Clinics.
