Natasha Gordana-Murray is the Founder, Clinical Director and Lead Consultant of EQLibrium Clinic and EQLibrium Harley Street Academy, internationally recognised for her contributions to advanced regenerative aesthetics. Combining scientific knowledge with innovation and clinical excellence, she has built EQLibrium into one of the UK’s leading destinations for non-surgical facial rejuvenation and regenerative medicine.

As the visionary behind the EQLibrium brand, Natasha has assembled and developed an exceptional multidisciplinary team who share her philosophy of delivering natural, elegant and evidence-led results. Every treatment protocol, clinical pathway and patient journey has been personally designed and overseen by Natasha, ensuring the same uncompromising standards of care and attention to detail across every clinic location.

Best known globally as the “PDO Thread Queen,” Natasha is the creator of the award-winning EQ Lift™, her signature approach to non-surgical facial lifting that has become synonymous with sophisticated, natural-looking rejuvenation. Dr Tim McNicholas

Senior Medical Practitioner | Aesthetic Medicine

Dr Tim McNicholas is a highly experienced medical practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience, having qualified from the University of Manchester in 1991 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in general practice, minor surgery and aesthetic medicine.

Based at EQLibrium, Dr Tim provides medical consultations, prescribing support and a range of advanced aesthetic treatments. As an Independent Prescriber, he combines clinical expertise with a patient-centred approach, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s needs.

Known for his calm, approachable manner and attention to detail, Dr Tim is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care and natural-looking results. His extensive medical experience and passion for aesthetic medicine make him a valued member of the EQLibrium team.

Georgia Petherick

Advanced Nurse Practitioner | Independent Nurse Prescriber | Aesthetic Medicine

Georgia Petherick is a highly experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber with over 13 years of clinical nursing experience. At EQLibrium, Georgia works as part of our medical and aesthetics team, providing consultations, prescribing support and a range of advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox® and PDO thread treatments. Her strong clinical background enables her to assess each patient carefully and create individualised treatment plans with safety, facial balance and natural-looking results at the forefront.

Melissa

Nurse Practitioner | Aesthetic Medicine

Melissa is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of nursing experience. An NMC-registered Adult Nurse since 2000, she brings an extensive medical background and a strong understanding of health, wellbeing and patient-centred care to her work within aesthetic medicine.

Alongside her nursing career, Melissa has undertaken advanced training in aesthetic medicine and is currently progressing her Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine with Harley Academy in London. She is also dermatology trained, giving her an enhanced understanding of skin health, skin conditions and the ageing process.

At EQLibrium, Melissa provides aesthetic consultations and treatments with a strong focus on achieving natural, balanced results. Her medical and dermatology background enables her to assess each patient carefully and create an individualised treatment plan based on their concerns, skin health and overall aesthetic goals.

Known for her warm and reassuring manner, Melissa is passionate about helping patients feel confident while ensuring treatments remain subtle, considered and appropriate for the individual.

Melissa has worked as an Adult Nurse since 2000 and has developed broad clinical experience throughout her career. Her additional qualifications include training in exercise referral, weight management for obesity and diabetes, health and fitness, dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Her combination of nursing, dermatology and aesthetic training allows her to deliver safe, thoughtful and patient-centred care while supporting EQLibrium’s focus on natural-looking results and clinical excellence.

With 18 years of experience as a dedicated midwife practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of women’s health, wellness and holistic care. My practice is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to helping women feel confident, empowered, and fully supported at every stage of their journey.

I specialise in advanced intimate wellness treatments, including the O shot, G shot, fillers and the ultra femme 360, offering tailored, non-surgical solutions designed to enhance feminine health, restore confidence, and improve overall quality of life by combining medical knowledge with the latest innovations in regenerative and aesthetic care, I provide treatments that are both effective and thoughtfully delivered. My approach is patient centred and discreet, ensuring every individual receives personalised care in a safe environment. I am passionate about normalising conversations around intimate health and helping women make informed choices about their bodies.
