Treatment Terms & Conditions

• All new clients are required to undergo a full consultation before any treatment is carried out.
• Treatments will only proceed if deemed safe and suitable by the practitioner.
• EQLibrium reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not in the client’s best interest.

• A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day.
• Full payment is required at the time of treatment.

• We kindly request a minimum of 5 days’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice will result in the loss of your booking deposit.
• If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full treatment cost may be charged.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to be flexible where possible. However, due to the high demand for appointments, our cancellation policy must be applied fairly to all clients.

• Results vary from client to client depending on individual factors such as age, lifestyle, and skin condition.
• No guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes.
• A course of treatments may be recommended for optimal results.

• Clients must provide full and accurate medical history at consultation and inform the practitioner of any changes before subsequent appointments.
• Certain medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may prevent treatment from proceeding.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your results and safety, and EQLibrium will not be held liable in such cases.

• Clients will be given tailored aftercare advice following their treatment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to follow this guidance to support recovery and optimise results.
• EQLibrium cannot be held liable for adverse effects resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

• Refunds are not offered for completed treatments.
• In cases where treatment cannot proceed for medical reasons, deposits may be transferred to alternative services or products at the clinic’s discretion.

• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment, but this may not always be possible.
• Appointments shortened due to late arrival will still be charged at full price.

• EQLibrium accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property whilst on the premises.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQLibrium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from treatments provided.
