*Terms and Conditions for Clinic Booking Fees:*

1. *Booking Fee:* A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a reservation for clinics offered by EQlibrium.

2. *Non-Refundable:* The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, scheduling conflicts, or any other reasons.

3. *Transferable:* The booking fee can be transferred to another date for the same clinic, subject to availability by EQlibrium management. Requests for transfer must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled clinic. Transfers outside of 14 days will be at the managements discretion.

4. *Transfer Process:* To transfer the booking fee to another date, the participant must contact the EQlibrium via email or phone to request the transfer. EQlibrium reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer request based on availability and other factors.

5. *Limitations:* The booking fee can only be transferred once to another date for the same clinic. Subsequent transfer requests will not be entertained.

6. *Expiration:* If the client fails to attend the clinic on the rescheduled date, the booking fee will be forfeited, and no further transfers or refunds will be provided.

7. *Touring Clinic Changes:* EQlibrium reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any clinic for reasons including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, Practitioner availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and the booking fee will be transferred to the rescheduled date

. 8. *Participant Responsibilities:* It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they can attend the clinic on the rescheduled date before requesting a transfer of the booking fee. EQlibrium is not liable for any additional costs or inconveniences incurred by the participant due to changes in the clinic schedule.

9. *Acceptance:* By paying the booking fee, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions regarding the non-refundable and transferable nature of the booking fee.
