Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible by emailing info@eqlibrium.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it using the process below.
Our Returns Policy
We hope you’re delighted with your EQLibrium purchase. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unopened items returned within 14 days of purchase.
For reasons of hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty or have been sent in error.
If your order arrives damaged or if there has been a mistake, please notify us straight away at info@eqlibrium.co.uk with a photo of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
How to Return Your Items
Please ensure all returns are sent using recorded delivery (or another tracked service) to guarantee safe arrival, securely packaged and in their original condition, to:

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or replacement as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. While we aim to complete this within 7–14 working days, please allow up to 10 additional working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
